Are screenshots and recordings really free?
Yes. Screenshots, full-page capture, screen/camera recording, image and video editing, OCR, subtitles, teleprompter, and local gallery features do not require a paid plan. Free accounts can also create recording-share links within the Free limits. Browser flow capture, guided playback, flow editing, flow export, and flow sharing require Pro or Business.
Can I share recordings on the Free plan?
Yes. Sign in to SnapPilot and you can keep up to 5 recording links active at once. Each Free shared recording can be up to 5 minutes long and each link can remain active for up to 7 days. Pro increases this to 30 minutes / 30 days / 50 active links, while Business supports 60 minutes / 90 days / 200 active links.
If I edit a recording, what gets shared?
When you share directly from the SnapPilot recording editor, the current edited state is rendered first. Trims, annotations, video adjustments, audio changes, and edited captions are included in the shared recording instead of silently falling back to the raw capture.
What do viewers get on a shared recording?
The SnapPilot viewer supports streaming playback, view count, download/copy link, transcript search and timestamp seeking when a transcript is available, highlights, captions, and an Activity view. Signed-in viewers can also comment, reply, and react.
Is there a 7-day Pro trial?
New users who sign up through the SnapPilot call-to-action shown on a shared recording can receive a 7-day Pro trial after verifying their email. No payment method is required, and the account returns to Free automatically when the trial ends unless the user upgrades.
What is an active flow?
An active flow is a saved browser flow that you can edit, play, export, or share. Pro supports up to 20 active flows and Business supports up to 100 by default. Delete old flows to free up capacity anytime.
What are unlimited sharing links?
Pro and Business can create unlimited flow-sharing links across their active browser flows — there is no per-flow link limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period.
I need more than 20 flows. What do I do?
Business supports up to 100 active flows by default. If you need more than that, contact our sales team at contact@mashtrixx.com for custom configuration.
